I’m Monica Rafiq, founder of Fitness Inspiration for Women.
I support women through midlife with nutrition, movement, and mindset approaches that work with the body, not against it.

This isn’t about pushing harder or quick fixes.
It’s about nourishment, intentional movement, and reconnecting with your strength physically, emotionally, and hormonally.
